Mike has been with JLB Agency, Inc., for several years and quickly earned the ranks of Senior Licensed Insurance Professional. He is a fast learner whose insurance industry knowledge helps him serve the community to the best of his ability and gives him the edge when representing Allstate. Mike's specialty is helping customers select insurance products that provide coverage while meeting their needs. He is very passionate about his work and proud to represent JLB Agency, Inc., in the surrounding areas. "Working for this agency has helped me build personal relationships with customers. Helping see customers are protecting what they've worked so hard to earn in life is what's important to me." When Mike isn't at work, you will find him spending time with his family in the mountains or at the beach. He's also an avid Eagles fan!

Kelly Burger

Kelly started as a customer service representative and marketing manager for JLB Agency, then was an agency owner herself. She takes pride in delivering a positive customer experience with the utmost respect and care for customers. Outside of work Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, capturing photos, and giving back to the community. As an avid sports fan, she loves watching her two sons play for their high school and collegiate baseball teams and attending Philadelphia Phillies games.

Gina Tice

Gina is a Licensed Insurance Professional with JLB Agency Inc., and has been a part of the team since November 2018. Her primary role within the agency is providing customer service to existing and prospective customers. With a background in insurance claims and sales, Gina brings that experience to her role within the Agency. Gina enjoys speaking with the customers and welcomes the opportunity to build trusting relationships daily. Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending time with her family and friends hiking, biking, kayaking, skiing and fishing. She is an adventurous, daring, and enthusiastic cook. Gina is not afraid to try new dishes or flavors and loves sharing her creations with her family and friends.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and kids, going on fun outings, and getting creative with crafting whenever I can.

Jessica Moore is a licensed sales professional representing Allstate, specializing in property and casualty insurance. With over eight years of experience working alongside her current agency owner—who has served as both mentor and friend—Jessica has developed a deep understanding of customer care and insurance solutions. Under the guide of John L. Burger, she even operated her own Allstate agency for three years before returning to the team she considers family.

I'm Lily Garcia, a licensed insurance producer. I've lived in Philadelphia all my life, so helping my neighbors protect what matters most truly hits home for me. I love making insurance simple and personal- just as it should be. When I'm not helping customers, you can probably find me exploring one of the city's many amazing restaurants, total foodie, or cheering on my beloved Philadelphia Eagles.
